Dealing with The Old Family Farmhouse is always pleasant. I've ordered a couple of things from here now. This item is lovely to look at but it is poorly assembled. When it arrived the parts were loose and falling apart - on one side the screw holes were so misaligned they had to be redrilled to allow the holes to line up. The screws on the unit are too short and there is not enough room to use lock washer on the back to stabilize. Also this item didn't come with mounting hardware. We have tightened it as much as possible and are using it. Hopefully it works. The white entryway hook has similar issues and we are using as is, tightened the screws on back.
